Information |
When your character first arrives, they are given one room key with a tag stating the building and apartment number it belongs to. This will be their apartment from when they first arrive until they decide to move, whether it be to an apartment they can more comfortably share with someone else, or decide to purchase a home of their own elsewhere. Each apartment has the basics: a bedroom, a small bathroom, and a kitchen with a stove, microwave, and a minifridge. There is also a small living area to cuddle in private.
Each floor also has a lounge area for bigger meetings or simply to meet together with your neighbors! There are many extra-large bean bags and couches perfect for two people to snuggle together. Oddly enough, the only place you'll find single-seating is at the bar area near the vending machines. One with small snacks, the other with both cold (water, iced tea, colas) or hot drinks (milk tea, coffee) that can be paid for with guest credit or coins they earn in town. Unfortunately for some, alcohol is only served in the restaurants to prevent the underaged to purchase them. |
The default housing... |
The Guest Apartments comprise of four buildings connected by covered walkways on the forth and eighth floors. The two major differences between the buildings is what amenity or comforts take up the first floor and the size of the apartments in the floors above.
NOTE: Each building has two sets of stairs on the north and south ends. If your character is physically disabled in some way, they will likely be placed in either Building Two or Four, for they are the buildings with elevators and apartments that can be easily made accessible to those with physical disabilities. |
BUILDING #1 |
| As the first of four buildings, the first floor is comprised of several rooms focused on different forms of media. Whether it be television, gaming, music - this hangout likely has it. However, none of it is from the world you likely know...
Each of the apartments are set up for one person with twenty-four rooms for each floor. They are by far the smallest of the four floorplans, yet utilize what little space they have well. |

BUILDING #2 |
| The second of the four inter-connected buildings, the first floor is comprised of a large library that has books on all subjects with the exception of the history of this world and those the guests come from. In it's place, there is a smaller visitor section that serves as an information kiosk with maps and packets on what is available at the present time. Each apartment in this building is a little larger than those in Building #1, and easily handicap-accessible with walk-in showers and elevators going to each floor. However, because of the larger floorplan per apartment, there are only eighteen per floor. |

BUILDING #3 |
| Being the third of the four inter-connected buildings, the first floor holds many different restaurants catering to different tastes similar to what's found on Earth. A few of them are closed down currently, but who knows? Maybe with enough gossip someone will try to replicate food from your world...
The apartments in this building are two-bedroom apartments, sixteen of them to a floor due to their size. Also to note is that the couches in the common room of each apartment is a sleeper sofa, convenient for any overnight guests. |

BUILDING #4 |
| As the fourth and final of the four inter-connected buildings, the first floor holds a multitude of private rooms (like a small convention center) that are perfect from anything to small get togethers that are just a bit too big for the lounge areas, or big parties their guests would like to hold.
The apartments in this building hold twelve three-bedroom apartments per floor, spacious enough to offer comfortable room for three to four people. Perhaps even more if you wish to have a loft bed or bunk beds installed. Also, like the apartments in building #3, the couches in the common room of each apartment is a sleeper sofa, convenient for any overnight guests. These apartments also have double-locking doors between them to expand into a suite, should more than three or four wish to move in together. |

Moving with: None; she'd like to expand it into a suite with the one next door and make it into a proper workshop. She's moving on to building things instead of just repairing them. (for this purpose she requests a corner suite so there are minimal issues with noise)
If she is denied this for any reason she won't move after all.
