At the moment there are several broken links in the character application and no link to the HMD. In addition the application reads more like an application for the mother figure instead of the main character.
It's also prudent to warn that it's unlikely the character can be accepted to the game. After three applications, the character doesn't feel like a good fit for the game, and we know very little about how or why the character works as a well adjusted protagonist when all evidence suggests otherwise.
