(P.S: Sorry for the delay in getting this out. And like we said with Silver, while the rooms are handed out individually, the characters can move in together at any time, and we can see about having them be in rooms next to each other. Like, right next to each other with just a wall that's between them. That can always be blasted down due to an ill tempered pokémon or trainer.)
