There are frequent grammar and punctuation issues throughout the app that show a lack of proofreading. Technical issues aside, we feel the world information given is incredibly sparse. The background organizations are given little to no elaboration or explanation for existence, much like the presence of superheroes. It is difficult to connect relevant events in the character's own history without guesswork because they don't seem to make sense (characters doing illogical things, superheroes knowing information they shouldn't, black mass suddenly appearing in a place it had no relation to beforehand). Also, his powers weren't even mentioned until the abilities section despite the role they ought to have in his history (re: being recruited by the superheroes).
In short, we find it hard to see how your character fits in his own world even with the information given. There are too many errors in this application to consider revisions.
