The personality has several problems, including being far too sparse and disconnected. It doesn't include several important aspects of the character, lists contradictory traits or examples without explanation, and neglects to elaborate on several others. In addition, the third person sample seems to contradict canon aspects of her personality, and we're having a hard time seeing her thought process in it. Overall, there were too many problems for revisions.
You may apply again next application cycle, beginning July 8th, or apply for another character if you so choose. You may apply for the same character up to three times in total.
