Hello! Sorry for the delay. We've still got a bit of discussion to have - we may need to check in with Animus' mods over how some of the details might work out, but the system would essentially work like this.

Basically as soon as Legolas arrives, NPCs will attempt to (quickly and unobtrusively) examine his collar in order to figure out how it works. It would likely take a couple weeks before they're able to make a successful substitute for the fluid inside it. They would also try keep him informed about their progress, particularly when it is completed.

After that, Legolas would need to come to the city's hospital for collar checkups, similar as he would at Animus. However he would not be forced into them - he would simply come in on his own time and volition, and if he failed to do so would suffer similar symptoms as those who remained in the Tower during Infighting (and thus weren't able to get their collar fluid replaced for nearly a month) last June. Also it's worth mentioning that the hospital's staff have much better bedside manner than retrieval units.

Also, if he were willing to let them do so, the NPCs in the hospital would attempt to study Legolas' collar more thoroughly and see if there was any way for them to allow him to survive without it, or at least create a fluid that might last him longer, should he so desire. This process would probably take a few months, however.

The process would also be abbreviated for any Animus characters that might follow, particularly if they're the same collar color as Legolas.

I hope that answers your question! If you have any more, please don't hesitate to contact us.
