In regards to the rules about smut, would it be acceptable if the characters in question had been involved in a sexual relationship prior to apping in, and one could assume implied-consent?

This would only really apply in situations that involved angry sex, makeup sex, etc. Also situations in which one character didn't explicitly say yes or no, but was fully coherent enough to refuse should they want to.

And, in the same pair, if the character doing the initiating was the one intoxicated, would that still be considered dubcon? If this isn't okay, it's very easy to circumvent, I was just wondering if a situation like this would be considered questionable.
